Registration & Cancellation Policy

Attendees must have a paid registration prior to or the day of the event. If your employer pays for your registration, we will gladly accept that payment, in advance, or will provide you with a receipt that you can use for reimbursement from your employer. No refund or credit for future educational events for No Shows. We must pay for No Shows, so you will be charged if you cancel your reservation later than noon on Monday, September 19, 2011. Cancellations must be in writing via fax or email.

In order to receive the member rate, a membership in AFP must be current and in your name.
