The AFP New Jersey Conference on Philanthropy is held annually each fall. More than 300 development and fundraising professionals come together in central New Jersey to attend this flagship educational event. You will exchange new ideas, explore new topics and engage with colleagues, and ultimately leave motivated with exciting strategies and tactics designed to help YOU successfully close your fundraising year!

Conference Registration & General Information

Thursday, November 14 – 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
Our full day of educational sessions offers cutting-edge programs with internationally-known speakers. You will have invaluable networking opportunities with our Resource Partners, Sponsors, and your colleagues throughout the day.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registrations received after November 7 will be accepted on a space available basis. Attendees must have a paid registration prior to the event. If your employer pays for your registration, we will gladly accept that payment, in advance, or will provide you with a receipt that you can present for reimbursement from your employer. No refund or credit for future events is given for no shows. You will be charged if you cancel later than November 7.

Registrations are not transferable and cannot be shared. Changes in attendee name must be communicated to AFP-NJ by November 7, 2019. Changes and cancellations must be by email to

Group Discounts Available

The following criteria must be met by five or more individuals from the same organization to receive the group discount rate:

  • Group discount registrations are non-refundable, but a registration can be transferred to another member in the same organization if that is communicated to AFP-NJ by November 7, 2019
  • Registrants receiving group discounts are not eligible to apply for a Conference scholarship
  • The registration fee for five or more individuals shall be the applicable member rate at the time that payment is received (see cut-off dates below for our Early Bird, Advance and Final Registration rates)
  • All registrations must be received at the same time, along with payment in full
