Job description:

Felician University is presently seeking a dynamic, created and goal-oriented professional Grant Writer. Reporting to the Vice President of University Advancement, the Grant Writer is responsible to strategically seek out and obtain funding opportunities that align with the University’s mission and strategic goals. He/she is plans and executes a successful grant funding program designed to support institutional needs in accordance with a dynamic and changing education environment.

Qualifications:

BA/BS required, Master’s preferred; 3+ years’ grant writing experience; or a combination of education/relevant experience; proficiency in grant tracking reports and calendars; superior verbal and written communications skills; demonstrated diplomacy and tact; ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups; superior time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities; leadership abilities; valid N.J. driver’s license; availability to work evenings and weekends as needed; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience utilizing Raiser’s Edge.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience
