Director of Human Resources

Job Description

The Director of Human Resources will, in concert with executive management, develop and recommend benefit and compensation plans and will have oversight of the administration of benefit and compensation plans for the agency. This position will have the responsibility for the oversight responsibilities for the recruitment, selection and placement, and training functions of the agency. The Director of Human Resources will monitor and ensure agency compliance with all employment and benefits legislation.

Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a related field, Master degree preferred.
Ten years of management level generalist experience in Human Resources. Experience in labor environments and collective bargaining preferred. Experience in employee relations and policy development required.
