Director of Alumni Relations

Job Description

Williamson College of the Trades is seeking to hire a Director of Alumni Relations. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Director of Alumni Relations develops, manages and implements programs designed to engage the alumni community, while actively contributing toward the fundraising needs of Williamson College of the Trades. This person collaborates closely with colleagues in Admissions, Student Life, Athletics, Education and Advancement to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward alumni engagement and financial giving.


Qualified candidates will have five (5) or more years of experience in development, alumni affairs, education or related field. The Director will have experience in managing multiple projects independently and working collaboratively as a member of a team. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Progressive experience using electronic media as a means to communicate and engage others along with the ability to motivate volunteers is essential.
