How to post a job

Membership in AFP is NOT a requirement to list or view a job opening.

Job postings will be placed on the AFP-NJ website within 48 hours of receipt of information and payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

This service costs $50.00 if the organization is/or has an employee who is a current member of AFP. The AFP Member’s name and member number is proof of membership.

The cost is $125.00 if the organization is not affiliated with AFP.

Job listings on will appear for one month from the date they are posted online. Job postings may be extended on a monthly basis at the same rates and must be resubmitted through our on-line form.

A monthly email blast will be sent to AFP-NJ Chapter members with a list of and link to current job postings. Only AFP-NJ members with a valid e-mail contact will receive the notification.   

Job listings and payment must be submitted via the online web form. We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD and VISA only.

Job posting copy points should include:
  • Key Elements of the Job Description
  • Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
  • Salary Range – e.g. $50,000 – $60,000 DOE, this is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED, here’s why!
  • Benefits Available
  • Location and Hours of Job
  • Deadline for Applying (if any)
