Our world continues to change. And the expectations of our donors and those we serve continues to shift. As fundraisers and leaders within nonprofit organizations, we have a responsibility to respond to our communities and to the ever-evolving changes within our local and global society.
Join us to hear from Michele Hall-Duncan, Executive Director, enCourage Kids Foundation, who will guide us in an honest conversation about organizations reflecting those they offer services to and the world around them. Michele will focus on the importance of Board and organizational diversity and how best to adapt to meet the needs of our communities.
