There’s a lot of talk and focus on how to communicate with, and solicit gifts from, donors in each generation – the Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials. But what about your teams? As the development field continues to expand, more young professionals are becoming fundraisers. They are excited to raise money for a great cause and want to do a great job. However, like the generational differences in our donors, our teams’ needs vary by generation. Click here to listen to Kishshana’s podcast. Perfect intro to hearing her talk good inter-generational management and how you can get the best out of your team.
